Single Class


A unique fusion of Breathing practices, Universal Movement, Creative Rest and Dream Yoga.

What you’ll need for classes over Zoom

  • A space and a mat where you have room to lie down, sit and move for gentle movement practices.
  • Loose comfortable clothing, particularly around your waist.
  • Any bolsters, blankets, pillows you may like for comfort and warmth during the still part of the practices.

How to join the class

  • Please book the class date and pay online
  • (BACS payments are also fine – please email me to arrange this)
  • I will send an email with Zoom link and joining details the day before the class.
