Breath-Body-Mind™

Breath-Body-Mind™ practices are a unique fusion of breathwork, movement and meditation drawn from Qigong, Yoga, Meditation and Neuroscience. These practices have been shown to overcome stress, boost energy, improve focus, enhance physical fitness, improve sleep and enhance connection to oneself and to others.

Soma Breathwork

Soma Breathwork is based on Yogic Pranayama techniques combined with modern music technology and meditation helping to balance the nervous system, increase energy and improve health and wellbeing.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation practice tapping into the state between waking and sleeping allowing deep relaxation and expanded awareness.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is based on the ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles of moving Qi (energy) through the body.  It is a much slower yoga practice aimed at working on the deeper tissues in the body and allowing space to focus inwards.

For deep healing there must be deep rest…

I believe we all have an innate wisdom that can guide us and heal us…we just need to remember how to listen to it….

I spent 45 years of my life not listening! 25 of those years in London and abroad working in the PR, yachting, restaurant and event industries – lots of parties, travelling and wonderful adventures….but zero self care and my health suffered as a consequence.  Luckily an incredible naturopath guided me towards better food and lifestyle choices and, as my health improved, I became fascinated in the healing power of food, eventually leading me to the College of Naturopathic Medicine to study Nutrition…and so began my healing journey.
